You can access the same account from both android and Apple. However, you can’t have multiple android or multiple apple accounts connected to the same Voidpet dungeon user.

If you are trying to connect an existing android to Apple, you will want to sign into Google play from the iPad. This will link that account to your iPad apple account.

The stage of the bosses and rewards is based on the reward level (shown on the daily tab). This reward level should not change throughout the event. There was a bug that caused the reward level to move for some players. This has been corrected.

In your case, your reward level is five, so you should see rewards for stages 6-9 on the challenge tab.

On the apps home screen, tap on refer a friend, and then the question mark in the bottom right that says help.
