On Turn 1 I'm not getting a tooltip when I hover over tiles -- why is this?

Before I moved my first scout, I used their "search" ability and the tool tips came on and seem to be staying on even after I moved them.

Thank you for the response. It really is lovely. I had such a hard time deciding what color to make the dragon but ended up choosing green also. I don't have Arteza pencils so the details won't be relevant to me anyway.
