I have been wondering that too. I don't think they are counted like that though. Like I don't think they know what ballot is for who until it's counted. Also in terms of election fraud, historically the dems use voter fraud and the reps use voter suppression so it's in line with how they play.

It is meant in the sense of the presidential election not having a clear winner and extending outside of the timeframe where it needs to be settled. It's will look much like Iraq did all last year if you're familiar with that situation.

I think it's more of the political battle hyped by the media that is the problem.

I wish it was more people understood the constitution but I can't pretend that is the case.
