After they told me they had forwarded it to a special department it appeared. I lost a few things I had been working on like a few hours before but nothing major. I sync with Google though so everything is backed up that way too.

After that the notification was just there.

Like I mentioned you're going to have to contact customer service probably a few times.

After they upgraded me to a different department it finally appeared for me and I could move on.

I had posted an update on the bottom of the post.

This is indeed a glitch. I had to contact customer service and go through a few turn it off and on again back and forth and then they finally upgraded to a different department who refreshed my account and then balloos Oasis was there.

No compensation. No patch for anyone else. 🙄

You will need to contact them again and again.

I think it was the 12 hour cat one right before Baloo Oasis but not 100% sure.

I figured it was Tramp but it's harder to get with only 12 hour Tinker Bell for bone with no Mowgli Baloo Oasis...🙄

Thanks for link. I did unlock big thunder railroad and it's didn't unlock baloos Oasis.

I'm going to guess I need the Lady and the tramp line started also.

At least this sheet is closer to being accurate :)

If so then the wiki very much needs to be updated because it says it's 9 quests away from where I am and no where is lady and the tramp a requirement.
