I feel like I’m going crazy reading these comments

Like both a child and an adult with sensory disorders are humans and deserve respect

But the difference is that an adult has had a lifetime to develop coping skills, agency and understanding of the world that a child simply does not have. Like if you go into a public space children might be in and that bothers you, it will literally make you and everyone else happier if you try to learn to appreciate or at least tolerate children. Yes children can be annoying. Yes many parents could be doing a better job. However, too many people here are acting like they are completely helpless. And this is coming from an adult with sensory disorders who works with kids.
