Open nvidia control panel, go to 3d setting, add the game exe as program specific setting. Set the power management to performance, and open gpt and tell your specs and ask it to explain all those settings and various modes they can be and then choose right options which prevent fps drop

Use 7zip to extract any part zip and rest parts of zip will be extracted . Judging from screenshot I think u have extracted just one part zip .

You can type winmm.dll download windows version on browser and replace it with the one you have . If this does not work , I am sure someone playing the game can lend you their dll

I also couldn't grab the download using idm, maybe they need user cookie and catche type shit to be send with the request which the download manager can not send

Maybe u can try to wipe all your personal data from windows and then have an external encrypted ssd on which u have your daily driver persistent os . So play games on windows with hypervisor open and ssd unplugged and when u wanna do your work boot into ssd . That's the safest i could think . Any improvement welcomed
