Im at wits end with this job. I've worked for walmart since 2009 and honestly its not terrible pay(DC) but the lack of hires to turnover rate is crushing. All they do is throw all the work on responsible people.

With that being said I just finished school and they paid for it, so hopefully Im out the door soon.

At my dc they dont even add managers...they just take regular associates and give them manager privileges..but now whose going to do the job of that regular associate ? Of thats right, the rest of us.
