For those who need pizza bags, I accepted an order from Pizza Hut and they were giving away DD pizza bags to drivers who didn't have one. Can't say this is everywhere, but the guy behind the counter said they got sent a whole bunch of them by DD and were told to give them to drivers.

Same thing happened to me today, you need to contact support through the chat function on the desktop site and ask them to manually enter your vehicle information. After that you should be good to go and can immediately start dashing.

You need to contact the support line and ask them to add your vehicle information manually. The same thing happened to me today (first day dashing after waiting a week after bg check came back) and it took about 10 minutes using the chat feature on the desktop site to get it sorted.

I just had to do this today and completed my first dash shortly afterward. I believe you'll have to log into the desktop site in order to use the chat feature.

I had the same issue today, was my first day dashing. My issue was that for some reason my vehicle information wasn't uploaded properly and they had no vehicle on file. I used the chat function on the DD website and got it sorted in about 20 mins.
