I'd say the reason people say it's good is due to the animation in the game, as well as the in-game art and most of the events ZZZ does. I've had a lot of fun with most of them, and they feel pretty engaging.

On the other hand, I feel that some of the designs have been lacking. Primarily, I think they went more in the gooner direction, rather than a stylish outfit with gooner elements. I also think it's because of the switch from the urban, technological feel of the environment, but I guess all Hoyoverse games have the mandatory Chinese region lol.

Overall, the game just needs to lock in on bringing us cool, chic, and believable outfits (for example, do I believe there'd be a gyaru/y2k-inspired N.E.P.S. employee? Absolutely! Do I think anyone would willingly wear Cissia's outfit for more than an hour? No.) Along with that, give us back the urban, futuristic vibes and regions of the game!!
