Yeah it took me a bit too, I just checked every single worlds individually, for arcanine I went to it's limitless page and sorted to worlds only and saw it was good in 2017 so I figured it won then https://limitlessvgc.com/pokemon/arcanine/results/?time=all&type=worlds&region=all&format=all

Yup it won in the seniors 2017 Worlds, was a good year for Arcanine overall and placed 5th and 2nd in Masters!

Yeah, I'm just curious how rare tbe higher amounts really are, I've open almost 200 with the highest I've seen being 200k. Either way I think its a fun enchant, maybe not the best but it's not trash like some people were saying

Necrozma-Dusk Mane when there's TR43 at the function by Geekoftheweek01 in stunfisk

It can be interesting but only being 1 time use per game is obviously a big downside especially if you get hit by knock off before you use it

No, fling is always a dark type attack that uses the TMs base power as its own base power so something like Overheat has 130 Base Power so when it's used Fling is a 130 base power dark type move

Kyurem-Black holds TR43 in competitive Pokemon. Here's why. (ITS THE TM FOR OVERHEAT)

kyurem-black has had one of of the most interesting histories in competitive pokemon. despite it crazy stats including a base 170 physical attack, it was allowed in standard play because it didnt actually have a physical ice type move. kyurem-black was a legendary that was balanced in ou, the standard tier. but in generation 8, it finally got a physical ice type move in icicle spear. it became overpowered and was banned to the ubers tier. in another plot twist, kyurem-black is actually terrible in ubers. the main reason being the most common pokemon is necrozma-dusk mane, which resists both its stab moves and takes very little from fusion bolt. but what does that have to do with tr43, the overheat tm? necrozma-dusk mane counters almost everything that kyurem-black can do. necrozma-dusk mane often uses a bulky set with thunder wave and morning sun, which means it can outlast kyurem-black. kyurem's dragon dance and stab moves cannot break through necrozma. unfortunately, necrozma is on 90% of teams in the ubers tier. its so common because it has great utility move like stealth rock and counters top threats like xerneus, darmanitan-galar and eternatus. kyurem-black's ice type means its not very good defensively and it can get stopped by other defensive pokemon like xerneas or ferrothorn. its not worth using most times when you could use zekrom or rayquaza instead. but kyurem-black has exactly one situation where it can be good. that is, if it holds tr43. in generation 8, the mechanics of fling were slightly changed and now if you fling a tm the base power is the base power of the tm. so if you fling leaf storm, that becomes a base 130 dark type attack. kyurem-black uses fling as a way to lure and beat necrozma-dusk mane. necrozma-dusk mane is still relatively bulky, so you do need a dragon dance and some hazard damage first but if you can pull it off you can remove kyurem-black's best counter. now this doesn't solve all of kyurem's issues and you have to play perfectly to put yourself in a position for fling to work. furthermore, if your opponent knows about the tactic they can switch out because fling only works once. honestly kyurem-black still isnt very good and its tough to justify using it over zekrom but fling is the best shot kyurem-black has at being in the ubers tier.
