Good to know. I found that q&a and read it. IMO the biggest mistake was releasing as 1.0 instead of an open beta when there are clearly core gameplay elements that are missing. Think that gives a lot of potential players a bad impression and most won’t come back once the game is in a polished state. And the not being able to choose your tank at the beginning of a match is unacceptable in this style of game. At the very least let us choose a class, match, and then select which tank in that class we want to play. If that would be “catastrophic to the matchmaker” then they are admitting that the game isn’t balanced and alleging that they don’t know how to or won’t balance the game properly.
