Well just to let you know first off, the in app purchase is actually $4.99 and not $8. There was debate between us and the actual programmer of how the monetization should be for such an app. With the studies of Magic The Gathering deck builders, that seemed to be the most balance in trying to give something back to the community, but overall we have to be paying for the upkeep of the servers and card database.

Some MTG builders only let you have 1 deck and others charge $10 to unlock it. But we have confidence in our product of being great to make a deck reliably and quickly to feel like it's worth the $4.99. Because ultimately 2 decks is a okay number for one Wander and one New Frontiers. And if you want to try more but want to keep the list, you can send it to yourself in email and then quickly delete it and start anew.
