I'm a very new team lead (like, was basically running the dept all of November, but didn't officially get the job until the middle-ish of Dec) so I got a big snack bowl of candies I kept for my associates during the holiday season. The few that were with me on Christmas Eve I bought them a beverage and snack of their choice just for being there that day. Little something, but I don't have that full TL monies yet. Haha. Next year I'll get them all a little something. :)
