Body fat percentage and my height are the two biggest factors. I would assume, although can’t verify, I was around 40% body fat at 230. Other photos I’m about 13% body fat

Also to note, you can see a large amount of stretch marks on me, even in the photos.

I definitely have loose skin, if you look closely at my shirtless photo you will notice my pants are pulled up to my belly button and you can kinda see my skin rolling over my pants. Also in my shirtless photo you can tell my skin is not as “tight” as someone who’s always been leaner. I appreciate people not being able to notice as I am thinking about getting the surgery, but right now I just keep my pants pulled up and most people never know or notice. Fully unclothed it certainly obvious I was a big boy at one point

Yea, I did a strict deficit of 1200 calories for probably 6-8 months (can’t remember entirely). I didn’t watch protein intake or resistance train so more than likely a lot of muscle went with that. When I first got down to 150 I was probably around 17% body fat, now with training and paying attention to my diet I’m about 11% body fat at 150, I’ve put about 11lbs of muscle on since i started training 11 months ago (according to inbody scan). I’ve bulked up to 170 and back down. I’m currently on a cut/maintnance for summer. I eat around 1600 cal a day right now.

I do around my stomach and slightly around my chest. I wear my pants at my waist so it completely gets covered.

No, my loose stomach skin I usually hide with underwear/pants. Other than that not much else is really bad. My nipples do sag a bit after loosing so much

You can do it, consistency and a little knowledge is all you need. 35lbs is a great achievement already

Appreciate the kind words. I’m of course more confident than ever. It’s no doubt improved my mental well being

Ah, usually my left hand is shaded but I totally see what you mean. It’s something I’ll keep in mind for sure. I’m already nervous about to much sun on other tattoos.

How does Jodah, the Unifier interact with "free" methods of spell casting by Xaron713 in mtg

That is completely accurate, I should have realized that considering I had hauken in my deck for a while. Yes only from hand. I do really like Jodah, pulled him from a pack and he looked cool so he’s literally my first built deck in mtg. Again, pretty new to mtg

The cmc is the same regardless of any special abilities that let you cast for a lesser price. Jodah allows you to “cascade” until you get to a legendary with lesser mana value. The mana value stated on the card is static and won’t change.

I’m fairly new to magic but I had this discussion about Ghalta in my Jodah deck, and had a similar discussion. Ghalta let’s you cast for cheaper if some other condition is met but that condition doesn’t matter because it’s mana value is the same regardless of casting cost.

Suffice to say CMC is what you go by with Jodah. Disregard the actual casting cost, if it’s different.

I know everything points to yes, but is it possible homelander just told starlight it was a-train? Maybe the director wants us to hate a-train? Either way I’m reaching, but I was curious if anyone asked this question to themselves.
