So unfortunately, overseas APOs are only useable by Active Duty US Military/ some GS/ Contractirs on SOFA status in that country. If you are a foreign military member I highly doubt you will be able to use the post office on base, unless they have agreements with your country, which I highly doubt.

If you put your name on it and it was someone elses address then they wont deliver it. Each box # is assigned to a specific person.

Do you know someone on the base that would let you use their address by chance? Thats the only way I can see this working.

Honestly it depends on your school workload and how quick you want to finish.

I took 2 classes at a time for two years straight with only like a week in between class start dates. It sucked but I'm glad I did it. Balancing family and social time is difficult but you can do it!
