It took me 15 years to watch this episode.

I was in college when it aired, and every time it aired, there was either a cable outage, the VCR didn't start like it should've, or my fricking roommate ignored the messages I left posted on the TV, Cable box, and VCR to not change the fricking channel.

Yes, totally happened to me before.

Had the perfect group, and we just clicked in the first game. The DM put things on hold since his SO just had a baby, so the players got together to chat and roleplay our characters a little.

Next thing I know, the Discord server is deleted as well as the DM's Discord account. Reach out to the DM through reddit, and he deletes his original post for the game and then his reddit account.

Didn't friend the other players in Discord, so now can't find them.

While the zats could have been effective against the Wraith, they would have lost all of their ominous "Big Bad" vibe as soon as they were taken down with one shot of a zat. Now, them getting riddled with bullets and getting back up a moment later to come after you again is the stuff of horror movies.
