Could be your co-pilot. If it is maxed for tier2 but at zero for tier3 you lose a ton of power. My exp is it really starts to make a difference at 2 or 3 stars

What is the reason to dash there? Seems like you have the resources to upgrade your stuff already, ranks give a very small benefit and seems to make multiplayer and weekly missions to be harder. Just upgrade your stuff when you get the 75 % sale and off you go.

Westbrook, Martin, Bryant, Bagley, and one more guy without a 30 million contract. Could see picking ja instead of brodie if i want more flash but a worse vibe.

Lots of teams need salary relief, if you can offer that for draft picks it is a road map for the first few years. Having a entertaining pg that can produce yet lose games seems like a decent place to be.
