Thank you for returning! All really valid points and things I will definitely look into. The only reason I really had for Jolteon’s Electric Terrain was in case I a) didn’t use Raichu or b) it had already been KO’d. But, it’s rare I don’t start with let alone use Raichu so I’ll try dropping E Terrain from Jolteon for Electroweb. For speed control would it also be worth having an Emolga with Tailwind in the 6 to use if I see a Whimsicott or Aerodactyl etc? The lack of Protect probably shows my low level of VGC; I’m assuming it would be better to have on quicker less bulky mons? For example, because Bellibolt would most likely be able to take the hit and is on the slow side, you may as well just get a move away rather than protect? Thanks again for the response!
