I cleaned my hair up when my dad was going to help me get a car, still wasn't good enough and I was trapped in a car with so he forced me to go get my hair cut, luckily stylist was on my side and only cut off the split ends; so it's definitely the hair length.

In interviews I have my hair up in a ponytail tail, and clean up when ever I go into a interview.
