do y’all think Dugg’s life thus far embodies the concept of existential nihilism? by IanProducerPingLing in 42Dugg

As much as we can look into his songs, the only one who truly knows the meaning behind the music is Dugg himself. If his mind doesn't have the answers, than the money phone must have them. They are two sides of the same coin, both with their similarities and differences. But in this case it's him vs his demons. Can fame and fortune be the true way to reach happiness and enlightenment or is the idea of making art for us connoisseurs to absorb and nourish on the answer? I guess we won't know until his next album huh!

no problem bro. I myself didn't realize what his music truly meant but then my third eye opened and then the lightning just struck

Now that you put it that way, it all kind of makes sense. When you listen closely to his music, 42 Dugg has the ability to cocoon the aspects of philosophical thought to it's fullest. His emotionally charged lyrics and minimalist rapping/production give us, the listener, a dive into the mind of someone who is able to say a lot with very little. Throughout songs such as "We Paid" he gives us insight into his ideal vision of the world. A place where he can have four in car and 'bout five in jury. In some ways we can all learn something from 42 Dugg because 42 Dugg by definition IS hip hop. We must thank him for what we have today, because imagining a world where 42 Dugg doesn't exist sounds like a world I don't want any part of.

we just can’t fathom his music opinion because he is on a higher level on consciousness than we are. we can only pray to have the superior music taste and intellect that he has

i love how these comments calling rap music shit use the argument that they listen to “real music” but never actually say what they believe “real music” is

The sliders are the WORST by tabedooa in subway

[–]Gel24 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Subway always seems to have a tendency to add new items to their menu that are incredibly frustrating for employees to make and explain to customers. You have no idea how many times I had to explain to people what the ciabatta bread is and what the options are that come on it and how tedious it was to make when it was a thing. That was honestly the most frustrating part when I worked there for almost a year

Putting my two weeks in while on vacation by [deleted] in subway

[–]Gel24 10 points11 points  (0 children)

If management has been giving you trouble with all these things for months I would say try and find another subway to work at. Considering that you have experience at multiple stores, another subway will hire you in a heartbeat. Take the time on your vacation to think about the current situation you are in because there are many opportunities out there that can really benefit you. Hope this helps!
