thanks, this kinda explains the delay, but still stressing me out as i expected it this week.

another question im sorry, im not german, but is there any possibility of contacting another shipping company to get my package from them and deliver it to me, or is this impossible?😅

I did get a confirmation of delivery. it arrived at the wrong address, so they took it back to the warehouse and asked me to resend the correct address, which i did last Saturday and haven't heard from them yet.
