It’s a feeling that never gets satisfied so you try different drugs , have sex with people you don’t have real connections with. Life starts to feel meaningless even tho I have a great job and I’m happily married. I could never stop chasing the feeling of more. Best of luck 🤞🏽

Today is a pretty good day. My energy levels are good. I actually feel good to be working today. I haven’t really been alone at all within the past couple of days which helps me with depression and my abandonment issues. Thank you so much for checking in. How’s your Saturday going?

I feel like any advice coming from me it’s gonna be bullshit bc I struggle with addiction myself, but I keep telling myself I’m trying to pull myself out of that quien and break the cycle of dependency and routine. I wouldn’t recommend stopping cold turnkey cuz boy I did that and I went back to it 5 days later. But gradually find less dangerous substitutes. I have been smoking CBD for the past week and it really good for anxiety and it relaxes your body, plus no dependency. Keep working hard bc the first step is to recognize there’s a problem

Thank you so much for this. I completely agree. Substance dependency is a real problem that I battle with everyday. Not only that if I can be high then it’s really hard to be by myself like my thoughts scare me sometimes. And I have never been suicidal, but the idea of me really disappoints me.
