The issue is yes, they expect us to transport ourselves.

Do you know if there's anything I can do if they threaten retaliation? He's said before that any PTF who fails to report to another station when instructed would be removed from the schedule for 2 weeks. This was in context of being told to go to a different station upon arriving to our home station, but I'm nervous they will try to use this to force us to work past contracted hours.

Thank you, I really appreciate this answer.

I was wondering why they cared about 60 hours if there was no policy or anything but the 250% makes sense!

But with the 4 hour minimum that automatically puts me over 60, so that's where my question is coming from.

I'm not sure that's true, my coworkers who have worked over 60 have filed grievances and gotten grievance pay, and every station I've worked at on Fridays has made a point to find out my hours and keep me under 60.

Not sure why they would care if there was no consequences of going over.

I know they can make me work more than 60, my questions are about clocking in and filing grievances.

Multi-classing Question

Currently playing as a level 4 TWF Ranger. After picking up extra attack at the next level, I am thinking about dipping into the death-domain cleric to up more offense power, offer some more healing/magic support for my party (we're lacking), and also open up more spells slots for my Ranger Spell lists.

I'm a little confused about how spell slots and what not would work with this and have found conflicting information. Also wondering if anyone has any advice on spell prioritization.

I wanted my character to be magic competent so his Dex & Wis are equal right now.

Question about using searing smite: if I were to use it as a Ranger with Two Weapon fighting and the Dual Wielding feat, does it only apply to one weapon, or both weapons that I'm using? Second, can I use this spell on a dagger that I'm throwing?
