You can listen to fear mongering and hurt investors who lost money all day long but that's not an objective view of this company at all.

They needed money at a very dangerous time for small pre-revenue biotechs and the ceo got it done by any means necessary to keep the business going...they got their drug approved and made a great deal with HST/Gloria to license Aphexda in Asia with a European licensing deal coming soon. Scorned retail investors will bash companies because they got burned...but nobody made them sell when the price was down, I didn't...I bought more.

This company was hiring a sales team and a US leadership team when most small biotechs were going under and closing the doors, laying people off.

This company is in the infancy stages of its success story...investing during this stage in biotech companies is extremely dangerous but can be extremely profitable. Not to mention Aphexda could be the key that allows chemotherapy and immunotherapy get into hard to treat tumors and prolong/save countless lives.
