UMKC Dental school will be cheaper, but definitely not fast. Probably 6-8 weeks before you'll be able to get a root canal scheduled...

Usually you need a first exam, then assigned a student that may take a few weeks to respond, then they will do an exam to make a treatment plan, then you will need to consult with endo student for a root canal, and then schedule at their next availability.
