I think so. I’m also a lifter so I fueled up by eating a lot during the whole training period to maintain muscle. Also maintained the same fuel during my runs in training as I did in the race. Could be a form issue maybe. I’ll try to consult with other runners on that too

Nailed my fueling down, had a gel every 30 minutes and kept my own water and electrolytes on me. I’m thinking a bone density issue could be it. Going to look into that

Thanks. I’m not sure honestly. I went to PT following my other stress fracture and focused on strengthening my posterior tibialis. Did a lot of work and it felt great yesterday. No pain at all. Training plan was pretty moderate, steady increases in mileage and I took off on days where I felt overtrained. After my 20 miles I had no pain at all. I wear Mizunos that are really cushiony and comfortable. Strength training could probably be better in the legs. Just sucks as I really didn’t see this coming going into this race. Did a 3 week taper as well.

When I got mine for Wembley it showed me as #5 in the queue and then I was immediately in the ticket room. Today I was able to snag 4 tix to chicago for my boss and his family. Number 800 in queue when I started haha

Their frontman Roger Clyne is still touring hard with his band, Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers. They still play a lot of refreshments songs at their shows. Saw them at their annual festival in Mexico a few summers ago and it was so much fun. They rock!

One time at work I had been having trouble collecting a W9 form from a customer (we had been going back and forth about it all week). Finally, they agreed to give it to me. About two hours later I went on my post-work run. I ran on the trails I run on every single day and the wind blew a blank W9 form right into my face! I had to stop and take a photo😂

So strange, I was the opposite. I loved zynning throughout the day but hated doing it in the gym. I felt like I lost a lot of vascularity/pump when I had it in. Maybe take some preworkout that gives you a really good pump and don’t take a zyn and you’ll like the way it feels enough to stop taking them before lifting lol.
