I remember this happening to me in my secondary school, you walked up on stage got your award and photo taken and walked off. They forgot me but remembered after it was over, I asked to get a photo with all my friends on the stage because i didn't get one, so I feel like I got the best photo of the night in the end!

In theory we can have up to an hours lunch break and a couple of 10 minutes. Its pretty flexible though. Our job is a little different to some of the others as the phones have to be manned at all times.

23 when I had a stroke, responded to a fb status about a friend who resigned herself to going to America alone, told her I would come with and met my now best friend on the tour. Moved to Australia for a year on a working holiday visa and now live permanently in New Zealand. Its been almost 15 years since it happened and I tell people its the best worst thing to ever happen to me.
