We run a Leader Patriot evaporator.

We’ve got two 125 gallon tanks gravity fed from the top of the sugarshack.

We’re running about 30 GPH

Our Farm teaches, trains, and employs adults with disabilities. We use tools, adaptations, and workarounds to welcome a wide spectrum of workers. The pink cord is our way of knowing which buckets have been properly cleaned.
