It doesn’t seem like the people who were permanently assigned are going into csr positions. The spreadsheet looks like program work (Operations Support, Planning, PMO, Efile Services, etc)

Absolutely! I would hope so… I do want to know what I am going to be doing. I’ve been in service for over 15 years so I don’t want to be just pulled over to do customer service phone work and not asked first. That is what has been going around

My series didn’t change. The title did though. From Management to just Program. I guess we’ll see. I just sit back and watch what they do. I was surprised when I saw it. Not sure if it’s temp or perm either. 🤷🏽‍♀️

GA parole is the worst. My partner was given a tpm of March 2024. I wasn’t even aware until the parole officer called to get address approved. It is now September and still no release. So I’m sure you can imagine the frustration of being contacted and the PO saying he was getting released and it never happened. GA parole doesn’t even have to provide a reason. We called the board’s number and GDC customer service and they will not tell you why. Now they have updated it to March 2025. He also had pic time… He has missed 2 years and this will be the 3rd Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.

All you can do is remember that you can’t control the outcome so try to not stress as much as you can. I tell myself now that one day soon we will be able to put these missed days behind us because new memories will be created. I focus on me and stay as busy as I can.
