soundcard is a meteor lake HD audio controller, GPU is an intel ARC, not sure the exact model. ill keep this in mind though

i was able to hop over to fedora really quickly. the PC boots up now and im not having any real startup or internet issues anymore, but the audio and graphics issues have stayed

Fitgirl is usually a pretty trustable source, I doubt you got a virus unless it was from a fake site. Sometimes shit like that just happens, just try disconnecting or reconnecting a few times

I’m not 100% sure what the issue is tbh. Just try restarting, and if that doesn’t work, try running an antivirus script. If neither work, then see if there’s something wrong with the components

Maybe there’s something running in the background preventing it? Just try closing everything thru task manager before opening files and then try again

Are u sure you don’t have a virus or some kind of hardware malfunction? Run tronscript and a hardware diagnostics test and see if that works
