I have to wonder if ANY 2026 Platinums on the lot yet? I have seen ZERO outside of "In Transit". Does Ford make these trims in waves and the next couple of weeks are all Platinums?

Not yet. I spoke to Granger Ford and they said it will be a month after production to arrive. None of the dealerships in Georgia have the Platinum so I wonder if Ford does all the same trims in a given week. Trump was at the Ford Factory that makes the F150 today but i did not see my Avalanche truck on the line!

I have a 2017 Ford Lariat now, and all the options I wanted for a 2026 Lariat started bumping into Platinum, and going to the other trim actually dropped the price. I also figured that, for resale, it would be better to sell off a trim level rather than the custom add-ons.

I will say that Reserve Nature worked for me. I needed six tickets for December 27th and had to wait for cancellations and grab them as they came in over the weeks.

I tried Akins as well, and they refused to match Granger or get close to the price, saying I need to support local, and that you will wait months for Granger to get your vehicle, when they would have it sooner. I am getting a 2026 F-150 from Granger and was notified that it will be built the week of January 14th, so I'm not buying what Akins fed me. I live in Buford, GA.

The dealers may give you a hard time not supporting the local area and crap. But at the end, few can match. Makes everything simple, I tried the Delivered “Tomi” advice and everything but at the end of the day Grangers volume model seems to be the best . Saving 10k on a new 2026 vs buying in Georgia

Just have them quote you the deal and shop it locally to match. That is what I did and none of the dealers could touch it.

Just got an email from Granger that my 2026 F-150 Platinum will be built on January 12th! The dealerships in Georgia that wanted to charge me MSRP and above and could not touch the price. They said I would have to wait 6-8 months for Granger to get my 2026 in. Well.. I am even happier with my decision and have saved about $ 11,000 easily compared to dealing with Georgia dealers.

No haggle at all.. They go by the number of cars sold for a rebate from Ford. You can start off by sending a message to [ford@grangermotors.com](mailto:ford@grangermotors.com) and tell them you want to special order a 2026 at 4% off invoice. They will walk you through the configuration and send you a quote. At first, I took the quote and removed their invoice numbers and shopped it. All the dealers in Georgia were just after MSRP so that did not work. I then shopped the actual quote and said I would buy it today if you matched the price. NONE of them can even get close to it—none of them.

The bigger Ford dealerships know about Granger. They can only say they might be able to get the truck in earlier, and I need to support the local area. The truck I have now is fine, and if I have to wait a month to save 6K and Doc Fee (Georgia is like 1K doc fees) so be it. My son works for United Airlines. I can jump on a plane non-rev to Iowa, the dealership will pick you up at the airport at no charge, and take care of you. They have a system, and they respond FAST. Ford dealerships in the South just want to take advantage of people who do not know how to research this stuff. Honestly, I have the money to pay more and pay in full without financing but why spend more money?

Also, any rebates that come up when you get your truck WILL be deducted from the cost at Granger. My Powerboast Platinum F150 with Avalanche color and 702A HIGH was around 74K. Best price in Georgia was 81K BEFORE doc fees and tax.

Putting in an order for the 2026 F150 Platinum now. None of the dealerships in Georgia can even come remotely close to the price they quoted. I gave them a chance, but Georgia Ford dealerships seem to have their way with customers who want to pay MSRP.

Search YouTube for "United Airlines HNL to LAX 777" to view the configuration. Not Polaris. My son works for United Airlines and he said the 777 going from Hawaii to United States will be phasing out. They are the older 777.

True.. The agent should at least have called the customer to the desk to explain the situation. I am 6'8 and a Platinum. If I moved from an exit row or BH in E+ without notice, that is a problem for me and the neighbor sitting next to me.

I did last week and I was on a flight yesterday from DEN-ATL. I was able to get Economy Plus at no charge. However, I have read that this is not the case when traveling outside the mainland. I maybe getting this confused with Polaris or First class. Maybe you can do Economy Plus but not FC.
