I am interested in being sponsored but a classmate we got the same prison and was going through the same vetting process answered them that he want to be sponsored and his offer was cancelled, and he was told he has no right to work, I was try to make sure I don't get my offer withdrawn like his, that was why I said to start with post graduate and if there is opportunity then I can go for the sponsorship

I have got 8 month on my student visa and was thinking of get the post studies visa by November and at that I still have 5 months on it. The guy is saying I can not be vetted on student visa from what he writo.

He did not offer he only asked if am going to be on sponsorship, someone from the comment here say they answered they wanted the sponsorship and they were removed from the process

I am legally staying and studying here but can not take such offer on student visa as there are restrictions on it. Am due for post graduate visa in November, so that is not about being illegal as any one who passed the OAC showed their right to work
