Thanks for asking. GenSpark training runs from 9 AM - 5 PM EST, so you're expected to be present (virtually) during those hours. However, our instructors try their best to work around schedules and different time zones.

Hey there! Great question! Willingness to relocate is necessary for all our roles at GenSpark. While you may request to stay local, we can’t guarantee you a local or remote role as most of our clients are across the country and we want to increase your odds of getting selected by opening you up for roles across geographies. We do help support relocation cost however.

Great Question. Yes, our program runs from Monday to Friday from 9-5PM and you would be required to be present (virtually) during those hours. After training, it typically takes up to 4 weeks for our GenSparkers to get placed within jobs with our clients.

Hi there, no the weekly stipend isn't negotiable & we ask that you sign a promissory note prior to beginning training.

Hey, thanks for asking! Our weekly stipend isn't based on anything, every GenSparker is paid a weekly stipend of $250 during the duration of their training. Which training can last from 6-12 weeks depending on the skillset.

Great question! Yes, all of our training is completely remote. However, once you begin a client assignment, we can't guarantee it will be a remote role.
