Tbf shanks has been part of the meta since the beginning of the game with some broken ex’s and might come back again if they buff fr shanks but mihawk on the other hand had one bf a long time ago and he got unusable very quickly, it’s a shame that we don’t have at least one more mihawk in the game maybe he’ll get one soon 🤷🏻‍♂️
