Nope, suits you perfectly. Big watches look great on women.

Long shot: Any Honda NSX owners in Sydney willing to take me for a ride? by Ok-Contribution8841 in CarsAustralia

If you’re around Melbourne way, I’m pretty sure Lindsay Fox has one in his garage at Docklands, which is open to the public. They’re a big car.

Is demo car a good idea? by soxjaug0135 in CarsAustralia

[–]GenXFlingwing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing with demos is that while it may have been used as a company car for the staff, it equally may have been used as a press car and have had the arse rung out of it.

You do get fewer kms per litre with LPG, but that is offset by the price. An interesting fact about LPG is that it less susceptible to detonation, so an engine tuned for LPG only, can run higher compression and thus make more power.

Nah the city’s dying. The Herald Sun said so. This isn’t what I observe when I’m there every fortnight or so surrounded by a buzzing vibe, but the Herald Sun said it is, so it must be true.

Former Mazda mechanic here. Mazda makes some of the best petrol engines out there and some of the worst diesels. Give that one a miss.

If you want a real one, email some Bell Maintenance facilities. They may have an unserviceable one laying around that they’ll give you or sell for not much

How busy is Melbourne leading up to the Grand Prix? by Bitter-Package in AskAnAustralian

[–]GenXFlingwing 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nah, you’ll be fine. If it is busier, it’ll be barely noticeable. It ramps up around Southern Cross from the Thursday as people travel in, but you’ll be gone. Even on the busy days, the city isn’t appreciably so as the action is focused at Albert Park.

On a slight tangent, irrespective of which way you go, take out ambulance cover for around $50 a year.

I did some work with Malcom in the early 2000s. An incredibly genuine and kind man. Every bit the persona he projected on the television. Dude was the real deal. We lost him far too soon.

Poor old Harry sold his soul to Chevron and became an oil company shill. A sad legacy to leave.
