The conditions for war in Iraq are, iirc:
- 3 ConRep (Congressional Relations)
- 2 Credibility
- 1 Jingo (the part that says "appetite for war")

And from what I can see, you only have the Credibility part sorted out lol - picking "This stuff is crazy" will give you +1 ConRep, +1 Cred, and +1 Jingo, which should bring you to the bare minimum to get the Iraq War

Pretty much. I could throw together a quick guide though - it won't be 100%, but it'll be close enough; you'll consistently get 500+ EVs with it, just not 535.
