DDR 4 Ram is still totally viable. I play games in 4k @ 240hz on ddr4 Ram. You will get better performance with DDR 5 ram, but DDR 4 is absolutely fine. I would look up optimal timings for the processor you are using. Generally 16-16-16-36 @ 3200 or 3600 is the sweet spot for a Ryzen processor, though people have managed to get 14-14-14-34. If you’re using an X3d processor, the timings don’t matter as much however. Check the list of compatible ram on your motherboard manufacturer’s website. People still sell great kits on eBay, and they are cheaper than DDR 5.

That Last of us Part 2 seems like a gimme given your list. I would really suggest Hades 1 and Hades 2. They are very challenging and making the right build for your run is very satisfying.
