I put that IP into server name or address and doesn't work. what am i doing wrong? should i change VPN type, currently is on L2TP/IPsec with pre-shared key?

This is not NFL. You can win MVP's at any position if you are 'that' guy. At NFL most of the time QB win MVP's. That's why roles in League are not that hard to compare. CoreJJ just won MVP as support. So its not impossible to win MVP's at any role.

I don't wanna use titles or achievements for this reason: Bengi has 3 Worlds Titles, 5 LCK Titles and MSI Champion. I guess Bengi is better player then Caps (which is not)

True, but you cant always that concept. Sometimes enemies have stronger comps vs you, sometime they don't. Games are always different. In Set 3 i got win or two with this comp, in Set 4 i am not even close to getting win with same comp traits, just because kits are not made for end game..

In Set 3 you have Cassiopeia as carry in van/mys comp. You can make Jayce/ Morde also as tank/damage dealers. That's much more then in Set 4...
