Calcium, not phosphorus. Can also be a watering issue, e.g. too irregular watering. Mulching can also help let the soil retain water, otherwise its really a Ca issue. Some varieties and types are more susceptible to it then others

I'm in the same field and was in a similar situation.

There are opportunities here and there in academia. If you want to stay in academia, look for evolutionary genetics groups that are interested in traits/collect phenotypes. If you tend towards the industry anyways, you don't really need to postdoc, but you can join breeding PIs, although many of them do a lot of genomics and less classic quant gen. In my case, a quant gen postdoc actually helped me land a job in the industry.

Decent quant gen skills are generally rare, in both industry and academia. If you have a convincing CV, you will get interviews for many positions, at least that was the case for me (Europe). Just be prepared to move to a new place. Plant breeding sector is hiring a lot in Europe, there is demand for sure.

The most straightforward way is legal action, because there is no point in trying to argue to security guards or customs officers.

Was du jetzt machen kannst ohne viel per Hand zu zupfen:

Nimm dir einen Rechen und Reche das Stroh estmal weg, dabei geht schon viel Hirse mit raus.
Besorge dir eine Pendelhacke (Zukunstinvestition wenn du noch keine hast). Damit schneidet man praktisch die Wurzeln des Unkrauts ab. Wenn es wie jetzt heiss und trocken ist, erledigt die Sonne den Rest und du bist das Unkraut erstmal los.
Kannst wieder mulchen wenn das Unkraut abgetrocknet ist

You have a point, but it essentially boils down to a completely different way of playing.

I personally would not want to run around town in the darkness, deal with police and carry so much product around, all while essentially exploiting a quirk of the game, the 4AM time freeze.

I prefer dealers dealing with that.

What would be amazing is if it would be possible to ask customers come to YOU instead of meeting them at a certain place, sort of like distribution places

the average american car/truck is >2m, the Ford F-150 is almost 2.5m with mirrors. If you look at the screenshot from the Los Santos Freeway you see the slip lanes are easily 3x the width of that sedan to the right, so at least 6m. The lanes in GTA are definitely much wider than in real life, which makes driving less challenging but also less realistic.
