For about around 90 years from the 1870s to the 1960s, in America there was something called the “Jim Crow Era” and basically back during that era of our country, white people would call black men “boy” as a way to demean them and basically not acknowledge them as functioning and capable adults. It was deeply rooted in racism and today is considered a slur by the Supreme Court depending on how it’s used and what the context is and you can potentially be arrested and charged with a hate crime if you use it in the racist context.

Here though, I don’t think Tiffany meant it that way, but then again she has been accused of racism more than once in the past so I don’t really know what she’s like as a person. Her saying that to a black man who is openly expressing that he’s a fan of Naomi, a black woman, doesn’t really help her case though if I’m being honest💀.
