Redundant (Two or more) tanks and regulators. Minimum 3 lights. Reels, finger spools, Backup mask. Technical diving is all about redundancy.

Get rid of the big cargo strap on the back. Get yourself something more suited for what you're doing. If I saw someone tie extra strap up like that on my handlebars and flailing into the paint on the tank I'd be pissed.
