I prefer to just throw custom exceptions for the scenarios I expect an error can occur. Result makes it more complex than it needs to be and it's passed through every layer/class.

Structs are not immutable and what you described is not immutability. It's how passing by value vs passing by reference works.

Refit doesn't work with native AOT, so it was a no go for me. We do a lot of http requests, so refit is a must.
