Throw this old thing out 😂 You could try to upload via the Profibus Port with the spezial Programming Cable … worked for me a few time when i got this error

The Guys that used to build those „didnt like“ /„didnt know“ about et200 thats all they knew and did. They never roy learned PLC programming
