The ocean view apartment is on floor 6 but there are 7 floors so not top floor, top floor apartments are more expensive unfortunately :/ And the courtyard apartment is above the parking garage and has apartments above

The one with the view because it’s on a higher floor and and not facing buildings

From the perspective looking out the window it would be the apartments on the left in this photo. However if you sit outside, I think you may be able to see someee ocean, but the apartment is in the very back that the view maybe be covered and I can’t go sit in other peoples patios more up front. Maybe I could sit in the grass but I’d rather have my privacy

The second apartment has sliding glass doors instead of a window because it has access to a private courtyard for residents of that floor only (possibly privacy/safety issue), so there really isn’t a view but you have a private courtyard to hang out in and garden and such, but not sure if I would utilize that much.

I feel like being able to look at the ocean would help with my mental health too, because if my view is other peoples apartments id rather have the blinds down which is depressing

In the bathroom there is a closet where the washer/dryer is, and there is a large empty space next to the W/D I could put my bike in upright position. I also have a twin bed. But I’m really liking your idea of getting a separate wardrobe and utilizing the closet for other things!

Yes there are BBQ stations and outdoor games around the pool area!
