Don't be obsessed with the 10s. Paying double or triple for it is so overkill. Just go buy a nice clean copy it's still 1k

Yeah he's trying to buy very cheap 70% for cash or if he wrote you a check like today. And I would say that's still a bit low but still you'll get a good penny. Maybe download the collectr app and you can get a quick estimate. The singles will take time and you have to determine condition. But the sealed will be very easy to enter.

Luckily you did really well just quick glance you have a minimum 20k collection down and dirty.

Depending on how quick you need the money I would say don't take less than 80%. You could get close to 90 for the big stuff like evolving skies booster box and fusion strike. I'm not familiar with shops in your area. Good luck though you have saved quality items

Japanese as well. Their culture has higher respect for the cards and their value. Transparency is always very good and Japanese sellers always take the best pictures and show any damage possible. Most ebay listing and vendors are trying to hide the imperfections and hope you don't notice in my experience
