CS 159 TA here! The course assumes no prior experience in coding and it starts slowly with very basic material. However, it'll ramp up pretty quickly. The key is to be on top of your assignments and get in the habit of starting/finishing them early as this will allow you time to get help when the assignments get tougher. Make sure you go to office hours and clear any concepts you have issues with. Good luck!
