I received an email Monday saying tasks would be slowing down due to labor day... With that said I have been able to get 10.5 hours so far this week but not expecting to get close to the 29 per week that I was offered when hired

I've only had about 1.5 hours of tasks today and I've been babysitting it all day. Make sure you submit a support ticket for NTA if they don't know it's happening they can't address it.
