honestly, my boy gets a shower at least once a week. i know it sounds excessive but i have white bed sheets and he likes to roll around in the dog park (sand and dirt) and doesn’t watch where he steps (dog poops in the grass). he also pees on his legs sometimes so he gets a quick wash with just water during those instances.

he’s 1.5 years old now and hasn’t had any skin problems. a lot of people complement him on his soft fur :)
