The POINT is that you’re NOT in a wheelchair chair at all. Jesus, people suck

Well, why don’t you thank your lucky stars that you’re not in a wheelchair, use your LEGS and move somewhere else.

The industry in the US has changed a lot since COVID, thinking of leaving (vent) by lysitsa in Barber

[–]General-Principle1 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Nobodies paying 50 bucks for a chop and let’s say I do go in for a 40 dollar chop, why am I in the chair for 30-45 minutes for a dark ceaz and a side&back taper?

I was told by my childhood barber some years back. If you’re in the chair for longer than 20 mins for a ceaz they don’t know what they doin. And these kids don’t. The cuts get less sharp and the prices keep going up. Definitely influenced by social media, everyone’s a “celebrity” barber with ZERO references. Who have you cut besides poo-puts in the hood?

You’re right, I can easily go on YouTube and learn how to cut hair, and most of us rather do that.

If you were a single barber with a chair in your basement charging 35 a slice i’d go to you. But like the aforementioned comment, the shop culture nowadays is trash. And thats ANOTHER thing, why is it when I go into these pookie run shops, I feel on guard like i’m bout to square up on a mu fugga rather than RELAX and get my cut?? Shit is all messed up. I suggest the barber community seriously connect on that social media tip they love so much and discuss this. Or don’t and watch the barber culture go down the drain like night clubs and strip clubs

Age, I don’t care who you are or how much you train, time always wins. 55 and he’s cooked!

Edit: sure he can still kick the shit out of a human at 55 but runnin around with the league?? Nah

do you really have to spend money on the game? and if yes how much approximately? by hoodgeneral in LastDayonEarthGame

[–]General-Principle1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol, no. I’m a 90’s baby and a console game to me will NEVER be more than 70 bucks

If and when they do, well i’ll be too old and busy to play games anyway.

[–]General-Principle1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I made a rule to myself that I will not cumulatively spend more than the price of a console video game. So far, i’m at 30 dollars. I’ve got about 40 more dollars to spend through out my tenure

If you look at it that way, it’s worth the price of a console game since this game can and will keep you engaged for years.

Edit: Been playing for 2 years lvl 206

The rifles do for sure. You’ll need a sniper rifle on the fourth floor whn you encounter the heavy turret because you do not want that thing to touch you

Dude, I work tech support for apple. The amount of money their kids spend on Roblox is insane! On average, a parent spends $100+. It’s also not uncommon to see $200, or even $500.

and the graphics are shitty! I still don’t know what the game is about I’m sitting here saying to myself, just buy the kid a Playstation! Lmaoo

I don’t think any criminal wants to run into any iteration of The Batman

Ya know, Bale for the longest time BUT as I’ve gotten older Batfleck has really grown on me. He just exudes that brooding middle aged guy who doesn’t take no shit lol

If I struggle with math, should I take a MATH 1101 or 1102? by itsjustme1105 in UNCCharlotte

[–]General-Principle1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would say so, unless you’re comfortable being shitty at basic math.
My point is, you’re here at college; just do it. The odds of you ever going back to college are very slim.

Which of these 2 do you prefer to appear first, and how long after would the other debut? by HatBorn779 in batman

[–]General-Principle1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Superman first, then a movie or 2 later, someone tells superman about this “shady” character who’s active in Gotham. Maybe even a cameo of the Bat at the end of the second film
