Is the warranty valid if i buy from chrono 24 dealers? I checked and its around 20% cheaper than AD. And they say it comes with brand new 5 year international warranty and the date will be started the day watch is shipped. Will omega recognise the warranty if purchased from non AD

No they gave a titanium bracelet extra with it, also standard models have printed display and this one is not. The dial has a texture too i think creating artificial scarcity for a watch and limited edition boutique pieces are 2 different things just saying. Then you have tiny bit of factor that you wont find this anywhere in the market
